KITEBOARD FEATURES
Asymmetrical Healside Single Concave – for optimal performance and handling in light wind conditions, the board features an asymmetrical single concave bottom that is meant to maximize edge control without reducing the board’s early planning capabilities.
Wood and PVC Foam Combination Core – this board’s core is made from CNC-shaped wood and PVC foam. Wood is a durable material that has plenty of flex to offer, while PVC foam keeps things lightweight. So basically you have a lightweight board with lively flex.
Low Wind Scallop Tip/Tail Shape – the tip/tail shape perfectly compliments the low wind performance provided by the asymmetrical single concave bottom.
Early Planning Rocker – the board’s rocker has been optimized to provide early planning, something that is quite important in light wind conditions.
Soft Flex Profile – the soft flex means the board will absorb the shock and offer a smooth like butter ride.
Liquid Rail Sidewalls – instead of ABS rails, this board has Liquid Rails, which are incredibly strong and durable. The board will be able to withstand the roughest of impacts.
Top and Bottom Graphics – the top is covered in a sublimated sheets while the bottom is covered in a matte sheet. The board features bright, bold patterns that stand out.
The Liquid Force-manufactured 2010 Low Rider board is a top light wind performer. Pretty much everything about this board says light wind performance. All the boards in the range are pretty big (146 x 45cm, 158 x 46cm, 165 x 50cm) and all the boards are quite lightweight (thanks to the wood-PVC foam combination core).
The 2010 Low Rider’s bottom is an asymmetrical single concave, specifically designed for light wind conditions; the bottom maximizes edge control without reducing the board’s early planning capabilities. Early planning capabilities offered by the board’s rocker, which has been optimized for light wind conditions as well. The tip and tail of this board have also been optimized for light wind conditions.
Take the 2010 Low Rider out for a spin and you will notice it offers a very smooth ride. This is because the board has soft flex that absorbs all the shocks.
Boards developed by other manufacturers feature ABS rails. The 2010 Lowrider board features Liquid Rails instead. Liquid Rails provide a superior bond to the top and bottom sheet virtually eliminating delams. This means you can take the board and give it a beating on rocks, rails, or anything else you can think of, and it will take the punishment like it’s no thing.
